These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SecretAI Portal operated by Gamma Research and Development Ltd. ("SCRT Labs", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the services available via https://secretai.scrtlabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Services Provided
SCRT Labs provides the following services under the SecretAI Portal:
- Access to the SecretAI SDK for confidential AI model development and execution within Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs).
- Creation and management of SecretVMs (Confidential Virtual Machines) running on Intel TDX hardware.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the Site on behalf of your organization, if applicable.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Payments and Billing
Fees for using the services are charged based on resource usage (e.g., compute, memory, runtime). Payments are processed through a secure third-party provider. By using the services, you agree to pay all applicable charges and authorize us or our payment provider to process payments using the payment method provided.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt service functionality
- Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the software or infrastructure
- Upload malicious code or violate the integrity of confidential environments
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the SecretAI Portal, including all software, SDK components, documentation, and related technology, are the exclusive property of SCRT Labs. You retain rights to your own data and AI models deployed through the platform.
7. Confidentiality
We ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your workloads via hardware-based Trusted Execution Environments (Intel TDX). However, you are responsible for securing your own input data, code, and keys used in your workloads.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee uptime or availability. Planned maintenance and emergency downtimes may occur. We are not liable for any damages due to service interruptions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its users. You may terminate your account at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the Site, including data loss, performance degradation, or security failures.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
